Sacred Heart Parish has embarked on a wonderful journey of Perpetual Adoration, with participants praying around the clock before the Blessed Sacrament.

Perpetual Adoration:

Thank you to those who have called and chose to take an hour of Adoration. It is such a gift receive those phone calls. We are still in need of hours to be filled, please prayerfully consider taking one or filling in as an additional adorer.

Holy Week: The Blessed Sacrament will be reposed following Mass on Holy Thursday, April 2nd until Tuesday , April 7th following 7:15 AM Mass

Unfilled Adoration Hours as of March 2026 

• Sunday/Domingo 1:00 AM - 2:00 AM
• Sunday/Domingo 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM
• Monday/Lunes 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday/Martes 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Thursday/Jueves 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM
• Friday/ Viernes 1:00 PM- 2:00 PM
• Saturday/Sábado 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

We also have many hours that have only one adorer and would love to have at least two people for each hour. The slots in green are open to having an additional adorer. If you are unable to commit to a regular weekly hour, we are in need of subs and can have your name on a list to be contacted to fill in. Please use the information above to fill or be added to the sub list.

Perpetual Adoration has been such a blessing to our parish—let’s work hard to keep our adoration chapel filled at all times! Thank you!

A list of possible substitutes is available at the back of the black Adoration sign in binder. 

These hours above have no regular adorer.  We'd love to have 2 adorers for each hour, and there are many hours with just one adorer.  You are welcome to volunteer for 1 or more weeks or as a small group or couple.  If you have questions or are interested, contact the Parish Office (402) 371-2621.

Adore on your own –

You may also choose to spend time before the Blessed Sacrament on your own at either St. Mary’s or Sacred Heart Church.  Both churches are open during the daytime hours for your use. Consider being a substitute for our Perpetual Adorers if your schedule allows. The sign in notebook for Sacred Heart Church is located by the South Entrance in the vestibule.
