God is ALWAYS laboring to love us. We must develop a “listening heart” to hear His voice, paying attention to and naming the interior movements of the heart (such as thoughts, feelings, desires, etc.) The following guidelines help us discern these movements of the heart, and can be applied when a regular prayer life is present.
